Welcome to VGOK – a global marketplace connecting people through art, courses, commodities, finance, and freelance services. By using our platform, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using VGOK (“Platform”), you agree to:
- These Terms of Service (“Terms”),

- All applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree, you must stop using VGOK immediately.
2. About VGOK
- VGOK is a neutral marketplace. We do not process payments, hold funds, or act as an intermediary in transactions.
- All payments, negotiations, and contracts happen directly between users.
- VGOK does not guarantee, endorse, or validate any listings, users, or transactions.
3. Your Responsibilities as a User
When using VGOK, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and usage.
- Maintain the security of your account and never share login details.
- Conduct your own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
- Comply with all applicable laws related to your activities.
- Resolve disputes directly with other users, as VGOK is not involved in transactions.
4. Prohibited Activities
You must NOT:
- Engage in fraud, scams, or illegal activities.
- List or sell counterfeit, stolen, or restricted items/services.
- Post misleading, defamatory, or offensive content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to VGOK or other user accounts.
- Use VGOK for money laundering, tax evasion, or financial crimes.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Violations may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, and reporting to authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
- All VGOK logos, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Users retain ownership of their original content/listings, but grant VGOK a non-exclusive license to display and promote them on the Platform.
- Unauthorized use of VGOK’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
6. Fees and Membership
- VGOK does not charge commissions on your transactions.
- We only provide optional membership plans, details of which are in the Membership section.
- Beware of third parties claiming to represent VGOK outside official channels.
7. Limitation of Liability
VGOK is not liable for:
- Any losses, damages, disputes, fraud, or failed transactions between users.
- Security breaches caused by user negligence (weak passwords, sharing details, etc.).
- External websites or services accessed through VGOK.
Use VGOK at your own risk.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts for policy violations, abuse, or suspected fraud.

9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VGOK, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including disputes with other users.
